Our commitment

Trip Tours (a brand of Trip Tours Madrid SLU) is committed to making triptours.es accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We want anyone, regardless of ability, to be able to book their day trip from Madrid to Toledo, Segovia or Ávila without barriers.

Applicable standard

We strive to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at AA level from the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), as well as applicable Spanish regulations.

Implemented measures

  • Keyboard navigation: the entire website is navigable using only the keyboard, without requiring a mouse.
  • Assistive technologies: semantic HTML5 structure compatible with screen readers.
  • Colour contrast: we meet the minimum ratio of 4.5:1 for standard text and 3:1 for large text.
  • Alternative text: all informative images have descriptions via the alt attribute.
  • Responsive design: the website adapts to any screen size (mobile, tablet, desktop).
  • Declared language: each page's language is declared in the lang attribute for screen readers.
  • Descriptive links: each link clearly describes its destination or function.
  • Accessible forms: all form fields have associated labels.

Known limitations

We are aware there are areas where we can improve. At the time of the last review, the following limitations exist:

  • Integrated booking widgets (Ventrata) follow the accessibility standards of the provider, which may vary from WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines.
  • Some decorative images may not have detailed descriptions when they do not provide relevant information.

We are actively working to minimise these limitations.
