What is the most popular day trip from Madrid?+
Toledo is the most requested destination, followed by Segovia. The half-day Toledo Express and the full-day Toledo Experience are our most booked tours. The Toledo + Segovia combination in one day is also very popular for travellers with limited time.
Do the tours include transport from Madrid?+
Yes. All our tours include transport by air-conditioned coach from central Madrid (Plaza de España). You don't need to worry about trains, timetables or parking.
Can you combine two cities in one day?+
Yes. We offer combined day trips to Toledo + Segovia and to Ávila + Segovia in a single day. Both are perfectly feasible with transport included and an expert guide who makes the most of the time at each destination.
Which day trip is best for families with children?+
Segovia tends to be a big hit with children thanks to the Alcázar (the castle that inspired Disney's Cinderella) and the Roman Aqueduct. Toledo also works well for children aged 8 and over. We recommend the morning tour so the little ones don't get too tired.
How far in advance should I book?+
We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance, especially during high season (April to October) and at weekends. In July and August tours fill up quickly. You can book much further in advance without any issue.
What is the cheapest day trip from Madrid?+
The Toledo Express half-day tour is our most affordable option, from €29 per person including transport and guide. It's an excellent introduction to Toledo if you're short on time or budget.
