Fuente de Neptuno (Plaza de Cánovas del Castillo) / San Bernardo 5, Local 13 (Gran Vía)
Two departure points, choose your preferred one when booking. Fuente de Neptuno, at Plaza de Cánovas del Castillo: departures at 09:30 and 12:00. San Bernardo 5 visitor centre, Local 13 (Gran Vía area): pickup at 09:00 and 11:30. Arrive 15 minutes before your pickup time and show your ticket (on your phone or printed) to the operator's staff before boarding the bus. The return trip ends at Fuente de Neptuno.
The Toledo Experience runs 8 hours 30 minutes versus 6 hours for the Express, so you spend many more hours in the city, with free time to eat and explore. During booking you can also add the guided visit inside the Cathedral for €16 more (€55 total). The Express is ideal if you only have half a day; the Experience if you want to see Toledo at a calmer pace with an optional Cathedral tour without going all the way to the full-day tour with VIP wristband.
Included: round-trip air-conditioned coach transport, live guides in English and Spanish, the Suárez artisan sword workshop demonstration, a 60-minute guided walking tour of the UNESCO historic centre, and free time for lunch and independent exploration.
