Frequently asked questions about Trip Tours day trips from Madrid

From central Madrid. Toledo Express, Toledo Experience and Toledo Full Day depart from the Neptune Fountain (Plaza de Cánovas del Castillo); Segovia, Ávila + Segovia, Toledo + Segovia, Chinchón + Aranjuez + Toledo and El Escorial + Segovia depart from San Bernardo 5, Local 13 (Gran Vía area). Hotel pickup is also available for private groups upon request.

Our regular tours are bilingual: the guide alternates between Spanish and English throughout. If you need another language, write to us and we will go over the options for private groups.

Our private excursions are available for groups of 2 to 67 people. For larger groups, contact us to arrange additional transport and guides.

Our regular day trips include round-trip coach transport from Madrid and a live bilingual guide (English and Spanish) for the guided visits. Monument entries are included in Toledo Full Day (guided Cathedral visit and VIP wristband to 7 monuments) and, on Chinchón, Aranjuez and Toledo, admission to the Royal Palace of Aranjuez; on the other day trips they are an optional extra at booking. Tailor-made itineraries are only available for private groups.

Yes, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged the full amount. With more than 24 hours you can also swap your ticket for another experience of equal or lower value, or a higher-value one by paying the difference.
